Most incredible stay for my group of 8 girlfriends. Property was beautiful and spotless. Every single staff member was above and beyond in their friendliness and service. The bellman are the best ever and couldn’t have been more accommodating to our group who utilized the on-site vehicle ride opportunities. Upon arrival we were all given an early check in and they included welcome amenities that were the sweetest and most thoughtful kick off for our birthday trip celebration. The breakfast, happy hours, pool service , concierge assistance and just general happiness of all of the staff members made this trip one of the best we have ever taken. My father and I recently stayed at the White Elephant. We can not stop talking about how beautiful of a time we had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was next level. Special shoutout to John Wayne and Karen Correa. I felt it was important to shine a spotlight on John Wayne and Karen, as outstanding service like this reflects very positively on your hotel. Employees of this caliber are a true asset, and thanks to their efforts, our stay was both enjoyable and stress-free. This was a trip I will always remember!

I wrote a book titled "Everybody Eats There" about the world's 100 most legendary restaurants and Arianna Huffington loved the book so much that she begged me to write for her when she owned the Huffington Post. Exceptional all around. I wish there were a White Elephant in every city! The staff is incredible - the best of hospitality, very professional and also genuinely welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home and went out of their way to anticipate our needs and accommodate requests. The reception was wonderful, the bell staff I can't say enough about, both Xavier and Damian made sure we got to and from wherever we needed to be in style and with smiles and helpful information. To top it off the whole place is beautiful. From the exterior of the building to the smallest hardware in the rooms, the attention to detail and design is apparent.

Went for a couples getaway. The location is a few blocks from the beach. They have wonderful golf carts. They shuttle you in and get you set up on the beach. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were in great hands with friendly, competent, and extremely professional people who made our stay such a wonderful experience. The rooms were lovely as well as the overall hotel. We enjoy sitting out on a balcony, which didn’t disappoint. It was just an added bonus that provided additional levels of happiness and comfort for us.The adjacent restaurant was quite nice as well. My wife and I highly recommend the hotel due to the quality of the staff and comfort of the facilities.
