Beautiful hotel with a calm and serene atmosphere The Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a very beautiful hotel. The building itself is a bit old, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely designed. They are not very large, but cozy, with a good shower, great amenities and extremely good service. There are two lovely restaurants on the property and the breakfast is very good. I ordered only from the à la carte menu and the staff were always very accommodating. We attended a wedding at the hotel and it was organized beautifully. The beach is absolutely stunning, with white sand and very comfortable sunbeds. The bed in the room is also very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, peaceful and serene. I truly love this place and would definitely recommend staying he
The hotel is old, was not built to be a Four Seasons Hotel. While it has been "updated" the quality of the construction is not good. I feels like a 3 star hotel/motel that has been updated by makeover TV show... The area surrounding the Hotel is nothing to write home about...1950's and 60's buildings. The hotel offers only one restaurant, which is good, but very far away from being great. If you want amazing food for half the price you need to drive 20 minutes to Palm Beach.. the restaurant closes @10:00 pm and the bar closes at 11:30 pm... there is a smaller outdoor restaurant that caters to the pool and beach which closes at 6:30 pm..... The staff is very polite, well trained and the best part of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the linen is very good quality. The rooms are clean,
Having just stayed in 12 luxury hotels (Bel Air, Peninsula Beverly Hills, Four Seasons Palm beach, Faena Miami beach, Waldorf Astoria Park city, W Aspen, St. Regis San Francisco, Waldorf Astoria Vegas, etc) around the USA, I have a fresh feel to review these hotels with great comparisons. ||This hotel is a true gem. We stayed here for 10 nights and it really became a home to us. The attention to individualized service from the staff was impeccable. They learn your names in a day or two, your preferences for breakfast seating and dining and by the pool. They also remember absurb things, like where we dined last night or where we went shopping 2 days ago, and ask for our comments on those, so they can learn even more about our preferences and provide even better suggestions. I mean its hones
A perfect get away! Exceptional service and unforgettable experience! If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!!! From the moment my sister and I checked in the hotel we were treated like royalty! The hotel itself is stunning , elegant, impeccably designed and surrounded by breathtaking views. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly special. I want to thank the most incredible staff that made my sisters and I experience truly unforgettable. Thank you to Preston, Victor, Will, Rodolfo, Paul, Natasha, Lauren, Georgia, Gabreil, Yesleny, Reed, Madison, Casey!!!!
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and was shocked by how atypical the experience was for a brand I've always known for luxury and impeccable service. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted by anyone—no one offered to help with my bags, and the valet/doormen were too busy chatting among themselves or assisting other guests. It wasn't a huge issue, but it set the tone for the rest of the stay. While waiting for our room, we spent 2-3 hours at the beach and could only get one drink the entire time. There was just one server on staff, running herself ragged trying to keep up with everyone. She was working so hard. It was clearly not her fault. It turns out there was a wedding and a bachelorette party that weekend, and management was completely unprepared—despite charging us a hi
