Westgate Historic Williamsburg Resort

Room was exceptionally clean and had wonderful amenities. The staff was super helpful and polite. Due to our plans we didn’t take advantage of the activities at the hotel but they had great things planned. Would be great to come with kids or as a couple. 10/10 recommend and will return. Stayed in a one bedroom villa. William was exceptionally helpful.

My wife and I had a great time at this resort. Gio provided outstanding service at the front desk and Malissa helped us have an amazing time in the activities center. We were also impressed with the quality of the suite.

Positive: The size of the rooms, quality of room amenities, cleanliness and location to local sites were all great. Negative: The closeness to main road, motel rather than resort with door opens to street, AC and heat were out & we didn't know until we got to our room, fireplace had run all day w/out thermostat,took 2 days w/ windows open during winter temps to sleep comfortably

My stay here was amazing. Team member Tony B. who checked my wife and I in was very professional, hospitable, and friendly. My wife came here in the winter and the only concern with the room was the bathroom was cold. The room would get warm but he bathroom if door was left closed was cold inside. Overall a very good stay.

The room was OK, but I was disappointed with their lack of communication and responsiveness when I had to leave early due to a family emergency. They refused to offer a refund on unused nights and subsequently ghosted me when I followed up with documentation. I would have been OK if they declined my request for a refund, but they stopped responding to my requests. They deferred to a third party (Priceline), which also ghosted me after initially asking for documentation which I provided.
