0 star. They use uncovered treated wood on halls so the whole property smells like home depot. Shower doesn't have a door and shower head in fixed angle so a lot of water spills out if you take any shower. During my stay I keep smelling cigarette smoke and they said you can smoke on patio as long as not in room.

Our family took a road trip to Williamsburg to enjoy Bush Gardens and Water Country USA. Upon looking for accommodations I know that looking for clean modern amenities is always a huge plus in my book. With that being said, Parkside Resort by Kees Vacation delivered.||||We arrived within the hour of the four o’clock check-in. I appreciate the pleasant friendliness of the staff and overall positive vibes given. Everyone was friendly and check-in was fast and efficient. ||||Our room was located in the 300 building and not on the ground floor as I requested. My first impression of the room was very positive. It was very clean, modern, and had all the amenities that we would need. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, utensils, knives, and all the basics. The refrigerator was clean and empty.

Layout of resort is poorly planned. You basically have to drive to get to the pool or hospitality areas. Rooms nicely decorated but poor design in kitchen area where accessing seating and appliances at the same time is impossible

I always love the rooms here. They are beautifully furnished and have everything you need. Location is great too especially to see the Busch Gardens fireworks. Outdoor pool is great when its open. However, the check-in process has become harassment. They are unrelenting in getting you in for a "owner review". Much rather stay at Bluegreens Patrick Henry Square (more professional).

It was definitely a very unpleasant experience. the room was very nice but it was dirty. Since we arrived we noticed that the toilet was dirty, (not to say disgusting) we called to complain and they said they would send someone to clean (which never happened. In three days we were there) and what to say about the main room? all the furniture and baseboards dusted, the shower dirty… I could keep mentioning things, because there were a lot of questionable details It really was noticeable that the cleaning staff had not stopped for months in that room. Hope someone finds this mention helpful, in case you visit this place know what to expect. 👎🏻
