Western Inn and Suites

BED BUGS, BLACK MOLD Run away! This motel was so disgusting. Front desk staff was pleasant and the stay started out fine. The room was freshly painted, but so fresh they didn’t even bother peeling the blue tape off the fixtures. No biggie. Settled in from a long drive and about to go to sleep when I saw a bug crawl across the comforter. Yep, an adult Bed Bug. Yikes! Immediately tried to find a new place to stay but options were limited. Talked to front desk and they offered us a “suite”. When we got into the suite we immediately pulled the covers back to inspect the bed and found actual trash between the sheets. Then my daughter said “there’s another room” in here. In a bizarre twist there was a second room attached to the suite with the door standing open. We walked in

The room appeared clean. The staff was very engaging, helpful and gracious. The property has some issues. The Wi-Fi was down, the ice machine broke the day before we arrived, the microwave had food on the tray that hadn't been cleaned up, the TV input was wrong and took some work to get operational. Generally dilapidated condition. This is a clean room for the purpose of overnighting, not much else.

Do not stay here! They have bed bugs! Sheets are dirty with crumbs and stains. Nothing has been washed or cleaned recently. Do not risk it!!!

Absolutely gross. It's one thing to be an old hotel but this was dirty. Like, lotlizard left over nail still on the floor dirty. I was there for an event and used a friend's shower at a different hotel because this was so bad. They water down their waffle batter too as the bow on top of it all.

First was not to impress with room at first, then we got attacked by bed bugs now i have to spend alot of money to hot wash all my clothes again. They moved me too another room at the point I took 2 bedbugs I killed to the front desk. Well the second room never could find them but we were getting bit the whole time. My daughter has alot of bites. I believe this hotel should either refund my money or pay for doctor cost because we will be going to the doctor over this. BEWARE PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE
