Holiday Inn Express & Suites Enid-Hwy 412 by IHG

We stayed during a soccer tournament and expected the foot traffic but being placed on the first floor directly across from the pool, as a rewards member who requests top floor away from elevator was extremely frustrating. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, but the rooms were very loud. The walls and floors/ceilings are THIN. Clean towels were not available, nor did the front host on the night of 4/12 seem to care. He actually seemed to think it was funny that the hotel was completely booked and unable to accommodate common requests such as a fresh towel. Breakfast was on par with normal IHG breakfasts, if you’re into that type of thing. Overall, for $150+/night, this was a terrible experience that I certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Positive: Location Negative: Where do I start. I had 3 rooms total. The first room had conjoined doors and the people staying in that room were smoking weed. I asked to be moved and so they moved which they did and that room the toilet didn't work. 3rd room was fine

I stay here a lot for work. This is surprisingly one of the better maintained and cleaner Holiday Inns I've stayed at. I had an issue with the toilet one time which was fixed immediately. The rooms are clean and well-maintained as well as the bedding. I've stayed at a lot of the hotels in the Enid area and most of them are garbage. I will continue to stay at this Holiday Inn location.

I stayed in room 127....NO HOT WATER! Didn't discover there was no hot water until 10:30 p.m. The hotel was full, so I could not be moved to another room. After waiting until after midnight for "maintenance" to show up, I gave up. Still nothing the next morning. Manager calls me and tells me the best she can offer me is 3000 IHG points. Laughable. It takes around 25k points for a free room. I feel strongly that they consciously rented a room to me that they knew had malfunctioning hot water. Buyer Beware........

check in was a breeze breeze counter staff was incredible! and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, polite and courteous property was clean and appeared to be newly renovated breakfast was great as well (for free hotel breakfast) with several items to choose from great location, with dozens of restaurants and shopping near by would 100% recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Enid
