Candlewood Suites Enid by IHG

I had a decent stay here for a few weeks while traveling for work. The room was fine, but service was inconsistent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had a rate issue and attempted to resolve at the local level 4 times. I was always told that the issue would be taken care of by the manager and that person would call/email me ASAP, within 24 hours, etc. This never happened. I don't understand why a five minute fix has taken over a week to resolve - especially when I'm using a corporate card and need accurate receipts to get reimbursed. I'm in limbo waiting for the rates to be fixed. Every time I call, I'm told that "the manager isn't in today" or "is on another call." I've opened a case with IHG. In addition, despite staying 22 nights, my room was only cleaned once -

I was in town with my fiancé visiting family. Typically when we stay at hotels, we stay at Holiday Inns or avids due to the short one night stays. However, this was a three day/two night stay and it was perfect. All the staff was amazing and so very helpful. Especially the two very lovely girls who worked morning and evening due our stay. The housekeepers that we ran into were also very pleasant! Next time we come to Enid, this hotel will be our first choice.

I am staying here for 5 days as my school send students for a week to Integres Bass for clinical. Majority of students chooses AirBnB but I want to try something different. And I think choosing this hotel is a big mistake as |the morning frontdesk agent doesn’t have any customer service skills.|I showed up to the frontdesk and without looking at the computer she already told me that there is no room to check me in this is 12 PM, that’s fair because check in is at 3. So|I asked for a pre check in and to call my cell when it is ready. She could not find my reservation in the system and told me the problem as if she wants me to resolve it for her. So I told her to call the IHG to help her. There’s nothing I can do in my end as I already gave her all the information given to me as far as booki

I was in town for 4 almost weeks to handle some business for my deceased parents. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was helpful on every front—helping me easily extend my stay twice. I always stay here, due to the location, the cleanliness and comfort. Don’t ever even consider staying anywhere else.

Room was clean enough. I thought the bed probably could’ve been a little bit more comfortable. Looking back I probably would’ve paid the extra money and just stayed at the Hilton down the road, but it was a good hotel. Certainly worth a quick night in a hotel room.
