Westbrook Inn Lake George

Delivering here in winter time is like being on a ice skating rink with no skates even my car was moving while in park.

The Westbrook Inn Lake George NY. Is by far the worst experience I have ever had going to Lake George in over 12 Years.||||My expectations were a small quiet clean room. What I got was a small Musty, room the a leak after the rain, green mold on the wall. A very loose toilet. A rusty bumpy walled bathroom.||||Outside the room the cement was cracked a large puddle full of pidgeon crap which you had to jump over to get in the room.||||Then the topper was the room directly above mine was full of about 10 men who diced to have a party at 3:am. No motel staff on sight.||||Such a shame the Westbrook has a great location. It is clear the owner doesn't care about the maintenance or his guest. Its a mony grab.||||So beware. Sure it's a cheap room but but it's disgusting.

booked this motel online. Not at ALL what was expected. Walked into the room, and took off my shoes, and the floor was so dirty! Then felt the bed, and it was hard as a rock. walked into the bathroom, and there was an awful sewage like smell, and it was not very clean. the shower head was so low, it was at eye level, and the faucet was dripping non stop; flushed the toilet to see if that worked, and it didn't flush. This place was more of a camp than a motel room. Normally, I'm not one to complain, but I had paid $279.00 for this room. I've paid a lot less in the past for much nicer rooms. This place was a legit s**hole!! I never unpacked. I Never used anything. It did not take me long to decide I was not staying there!! The owner was very rude to me. I told him how the room was,

Great value on a busy holiday weekend compared to other hotels in the area. Close to downtown where I was attending a concert. Was a little better than I expected after reading the reviews. Independently owned and seemed like they were doing their best on the busy weekend. Don’t expect Hilton accommodations but also don’t expect it to be grungy. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, new floors, cold AC. My only gripe is the shower head being really low, never seen that before. Bring your own toiletries although they had some.

My husband and I spent a week there for my Birthday, The Property was very nice! the Motel was nicely redone!! The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean the beds were very comfortable!! And I will be staying there again!! Next time for our Anniversary in September!!
