Waters Edge Lodge

Waters Edge Lodge was wonderful for our stay for two adults and two toddlers. The rooms were very clean, air conditioned, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. They look exactly as pictured on the website. We could have used a little more counter space/kitchen sink but otherwise were great. The service was phenomenal, extremely helpful with anything we needed and always friendly. The location is amazing with a beautiful view and kid friendly private beach area. We would absolutely stay here again.

New owners have really put a personal stamp on the property. They are very considerate of their quests needs. I would definitely recommend Waters Edge to family and friends. Have a great winter.

My family has been coming to LG since the 1950’s, so we know a good place when we come across one up here. Waters Edge is a great, family-friendly establishment offering arguably the best view on the lake. Beach is clean and flat. Plenty of seating for all guests. Fire pit is conveniently located away from the rooms but on the beach. Water is shallow, GREAT for young kids. They offer boat rentals for guests. Rooms were easily accessible for our slow moving elders. Rooms were very clean. No smell of mold you’d typically find in a motel/cabin up here. A/C unit worked very well. Showers are a bit small, but you’re at the lake - go jump in the water 😜 Microwave in each room. Mini fridge held about 4 days worth of meal prepped food, two cartons of berries, and a half gallon of milk, plus a

A few weeks ago I stayed at the Waters Edge with my fiancé. It was a great stay and Andrue was super attentive and helpful. The only problem we had with the room was no storage space (dressers or closets) so there was no where to unpack or put clothes and the shower was extremely small. It is also my fault for not looking into it before hand but you need to pay to rent kayaks and paddle boards. All other places we have stayed in lake George did not make us pay so we assumed it was the same. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Waters Edge.

This was our second time this summer staying at Waters edge and we absolutely love it there! Rooms are comfortable air-conditioned! Love the picnic table outside our room and the staff just can’t do enough for you to make you comfortable! It’s quiet! Clean and well maintained! Can’t wait to come back next year thank you Andrue.
