West Ridge 62

Stayed for a long weekend ski trip/bachelor party and overall the experience was good. 17 people stayed and everyone had a bed of their own. The view is also to die for! It's a bit difficult to get down to west ridge road when there is fresh snow - there's a very steep and tight turn that can barely fit two cars side-by-side that you have to take to get down to the house. The driveway can tightly fit 5 vehicles - any more and you'll have to leave them parked at the resort 5 minutes up the road. Inside the house is very nice, but you can tell it's a very well used rental. Two of the windows on the main floor leak when it rains/the snow melts. The door in the basement also leaks pretty bad. Some repairs are absolutely needed, but in general, we had a good experience.

Stayed 4 nights. Jacuzzi did not work during the stay, though it had been disclosed prior to getting there that it was not operating, we were not informed. Several maintenance problems that should have been resolved 'before' getting there. Only credited one night, after several calls back and forth. For the cost of approx. $7,000 for the stay, we expected better, but, resolved with Management. The refrigerator in this house is designed for large capacity.. great idea, my past 18 years with Snowshoe renting this house had a real refrigerator. The water heater was resolved, a matter of closed valves. Overall, we had a great time.
