Customer Reviews
waste of money. overpriced for what you get. hard to find if you drive yourself and don’t know your way around. no signage, hard to believe since coke cola is the sponsor? it was my first time def left a bad taste in my mouth. manager w long beard extremely rude. just wanted to talk to him. didn’t get to talk to him he proceeded to just yell at me in front of everyone. no customer service. is it family friendly?
Stephen made our recent experience at Snowshoe one we will never forget. He was super rude to his staff at the onset of our tubing time. He talked with disrespect to his employees and was very unprofessional as someone who has visited here for years I was shocked at these actions. Additionally, he informed us by yelling and talking down to us that walking was no longer allowed at the tubing park without a reason why. He eventually came and gave us a sorry excuse but treated us with such disrespect. We will no longer be tubing again.
Was told each session was 50 riders per session, but once there, they said 140 can go in a session…which takes longer to get through the line. 2 hour sessions you might get 15-20 slides.
The tubing hill was super fun and I enjoyed the length of it! I think it would be a blast at night. The reason for the three stars is a few things: finding the tubing check in wasn’t super intuitive/didn’t have great signage. The staff at the actual tubing site seemed pretty disengaged and not very present. Several tubers struggled to stay latched onto the conveyer rope that pulls you to the top and the worker didn’t seem to have any problem solving ideas. Other tubers in line stepped in to help solve it. At the top of the tubing hill, there wasn’t a staff member in site. At previous tubing experiences, there have been staff to help push people down the hill. Overall, it wasn’t a huge issue. It just felt that the whole experience could have been made more efficient and streamlined if staf
The tubing was fun, but the staff made it even better. The “hooker” whose name i didn’t catch (I’m sorry) made the least interesting part, getting hooked to the lift and ascending the slope, so much fun by chatting and joking with us. Meanwhile, Seth at the top of the hill was fun to chat with about numerous topics while we waited our turn to fly down the hill, including advice for the best technique to launch. This was in spite of being short staffed. They seemed to be working continuously with no break. Thank you for making a fun day so much more so.
