West Lucaya Village Resort

This place is awesome! It's so quiet and peaceful. Away from the busiest parts of Orlando but close enough to everything. Weekends are also calm. Its gated, they have security during the day and at night. They have cameras everywhere! Very nice place. The one thing that could change are the pool hours. They close the pool at 8pm. It would be nice if they could extend that to at least 10pm especially during the summer.

We rented a 4 bedroom house for a month so our family could come for shorter visits. The house was very well kept and close to Disney. Area security was a bit over the top. Pool and hot tub were well maintained but pool chairs were in disrepair and more needed for busier times. There was no place to sit outside the houses which were close to each other which to us means these places are meant for short versus longer visits. As well, a personal exit gate should be placed at the East end of the "wall" so residents can access the Taco Bell, ice cream store or convenience store which are a stone's throw away from the houses but necessitate a longggg walk around the perimeter wall to access.

The complex is very nice. Management spoke little English. There was 10 white lounge chairs at the pool and only 5 were suitable for laying on the others were torn. They allowed to many young children in the hot tub. Last few days at the pool it wasn't cleared of sticks leaves and debris. Also the rental place was in need of a good cleaning re couch and carpeting. I would not go back. The garbage was picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. very loud.

My family & I stayed from 03/37/24-04/01/24. It was a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Our place was very appealing to the eyes and clean. It had all the necessary necessities that we needed. My youngest daughter had computer work that she needed to complete during this spring break ror school and she was able to do so in the club house 🙂 we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool (hopefully next time). It was a cozy stay and I would recommend this resort.

Excellent experience during our AirBnB stay here. The place was clean, well furnished, maintained and stocked with all the essentials. It was a quite property and the common pool area with Jacuzzi was also clean and well maintained. Location was close (5min) to grocery, fast food and gas stations. Driving to Disney parks generally took 15-20 min. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. A++ Value for your money.
