Room are not cleaned very well

Killed a roach in the room, didn't get extra towels as requested and the shower only had hot water had to was at the sink instead. The TV was the wrong TV for the remote and no channels hardly. Definitely not worth $90. Really sucked!!!! Asked for a partial refund and they wouldn't even do that. Advertised online for $50 but $30 more with a sign posted and charged $10 to get in a room before 3:00 pm....ridiculous

I have never in my life been in a hotel like this before I immediately walked in and walked right back out and demanded a refund , there were cigarette burns in the covers the room smelled like smoke. The bathroom has stains all over the toilet and shower, like it has never been clean on a regular basis, the hotel rooms look like they are made for homeless people , I would have rather slept in my car. The health department should shut it down.

My first room was really nice and clean in the 2nd floor. My room from last night was on the 1st floor not so clean i was missing a pillow case and tissue. Also the wash cloth was dirty and i found hair in my bed. The front desk lady with the glasses is super nice.

Does anyone have like an updated number i can call for tge front desk or can someone please add it to google or apple maps?? I havent been here and am trying to make contact there’s different numbers or no one answers
