Weinan Hotel

I am deeply disturbed by the experience my family has had with this hotel. On August 3rd, 2025, my cousin tragically passed away on the property. Since then, the hotel’s management has shown a complete lack of cooperation with law enforcement during the ongoing investigation. This level of disregard for such a serious matter is unacceptable. A place that fails to prioritize the safety of its guests and obstructs justice should not be in operation. I strongly urge the appropriate authorities to look into this matter and take necessary action.

This place is a joke, they will scam you. They charge me $10 for a remote for the old box outdated tv they had, the thing never had a remote in the room and they charged me for it not being there. There are shopping carts all ober the place, dirty swimming pool, loud noise in the parking lot, people living there permanently with 5,6,and 4 kids to a tiny room. The shower is so small I dont see how anyone can fit inside there,no place to put your soap or shampoo inside the shower. I had to beg for them to bring me a trash can and clean sheets and towels. No table or chair to sit so you only have a bed to sit and eat on.NO WIFI,I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE.

Not bad for what you pay monthly. They chose the laundry room way to early which is my one really bad issue. When you have children, you can't do laundry until they rest. That's impossible when the laundry room shuts down at 7 because they can't control the homeless people showing in there. But yet they have a security guard that walks around doing nothing to do it... Makes no sense why they even need him if he can't do his job!

Perfect price, space, and overall experience. Just checked out after staying for 3 weeks between leases. We were allowed to tour the room before renting. The room had two ample queen beds and the pillows are The fluffiest. Maintenance works hard every day; they always keep the bins outside empty and come to the rooms on time to clean and provide supplies. All the staff is friendly and understanding of your situation. The laundry facilities are also extremely convenient. There was a room two doors down whose tenants left two days into our stay and maintenance began cleaning it out as a team because they had left piles of garbage, which led to a roach infestation. The staff immediately hired pest control and made sure to check every room around that one so they could come in and treat them.

The staff is so great and friendly. The rates are unbeatable and the rooms are clean. No bugs, no funny smells. They have a regular cleaning routine that is mandatory which is great. It's comfortable and the rooms are big. I'm staying here awhile. The best hotel I've been at in years for this price. Keep up the great work :)
