Waterway Inn

It's always a pleasure to be at the waterway inn. Everyone there is so nice; that goes for the staff as well as the other guest. I feel like it truly is a one of a kind place and experience! The facts ; weather you want to have your boat docked there so all you have to do is wake up and get on the water. Maybe being able to sit and watch the sunset or sunrise on the water. It could be that you love going kayaking or boating. The fact that they have them already there for rent is Awesome too! You don't have to haul anything with you but your clothes; It great! Once you have stayed there, you will start planning more trips to come back! I just can't say enough good things about this place and the people!

I loved almost every thing about this hotel. It was quaint, cute, clean and the owner, Megan, could not have been more welcoming. The only "negative" I had was that my room was a tad too small to work on my computer. I was traveling for work and just didn't want a big hotel chain. The size of the room was certainly no one's fault. Even though I would have liked more space to work, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. I simply loved it.

Found this gem while surfing on line looking for a place in Cedar Point/Swansboro area. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement! The room was cozy and super clean with everything you need! The decor is perfect for the location! The grounds, sitting areas and view were equally amazing and the photos do it no justice, you have to see it and experience it. Dave and Megan were super friendly! It is apparent the work that they put into maintaining this place. I have no reason to look anywhere else to stay when we visit the area and we will be going back! 10 Stars!!!

I will give you the most honest reviews that I can of this place period As far as the location goes and the views That's absolutely amazing period We stayed in room number 11 At the end We were less than 30 steps from the water. As far as the staff goes the owners are absolutely amazing. They are very interactive with their customers. They even have little welcome bags when you check in. Just for the simple fact of how they treat their customers I would definitely stay there once again. The downside for me was the size of the rooms. Our room was approximately 10 ft by 10 ft in the bathroom was approximately 5 ft by 10 ft. As long as the weather is nice, and you're only looking for a room to sleep in, this would definitely be the place. I personally would go back, and will be booking again

Perfect in every way! Location was great & easy access to the water. Room was comfortable & THE cleanest hotel room I've stayed in (& I feel we've traveled quite a bit). Outdoor sitting area, with fire pits & games were great options! It's one of those places that they've definitely paid attention to detail & "what would we like if we were here on vacation". SUPER friendly staff/(owners?). Very personable which made us feel very comfortable to explore the area. Would DEFINITELY recommend & we will be back!
