Have enjoyed five wonderful summers here. Perfect for our family! We enjoy fishing, the boat ramp, cast netting, kayaking, and the pool! Never disappoints. The office staff is amazing, and make us feel so welcome!
DO NOT VISIT!!!!! multiple instances of hard drug use and overdose within permanent residents. A resident overdosed this past Sunday and management has done nothing to resolve the problem. Also a problem with theft, if you have animals, keep them close they may be stolen and sold!!!
This is a great place to stay. We have been coming since 2005. The office is very helpful. The bathhouses are clean. There is a pool and laundry room. As an added bonus. The resort sits on the Intercostal Waterway and has boat access. Come and enjoy the Crystal Coast.
This is a great place to stay. I have been going to waterway since 1998.Great staff, great amenities, and a clean park. Boat ramp is well laid out, pleanty of parking. Ready to go back any chance I get.
