What a hole in a log. Patrons of this "trailer- hood community" are nosey and snotty. Seems like everyone gets to bend the rules so much so that restrictions are rarely followed as far as how the storage is utilized. Holiday weekends are the worst with multiple cars, boats, and guests clogging up the driveways and streets with little to no considering for the others that live there full time. The arbitrary expansion isn't very well planned and usually affects those on the outer back lots that choose those spots for peace and quiet. Always a money grab with the owners with little to no real upkeep. It's presents well but don't let it fool you.
Nice place for full time residents. Friendly and conveniently located. Well maintained.
