Water's Edge on the Frio

This place is absolutely amazing! We had a party of 8 and the accommodations were perfect. The back deck and porch is a spacious area and great for gathering with family or just hanging out for a cold one and BBQing . The water is beautiful, perfect for just floating and enjoying the day. If you’re looking for a great place for a getaway this is it!!

There is not enough I can say about my experience with Veronica. Man, she was just incredible. I had a reservation with another place, but they had double booked my stay, so I ended up needing another place for the weekend at the last minute, on Labor Day weekend of all weekends. Veronica not only had a place for me and my family to enjoy our vacation, she discounted this place for me. She was just an incredible host. We got there and there was homemade sourdough bread, jalapeño bread and jam. She really out did herself for the mishap. The place was very clean, the view was fantastic and the beds were COMFORTABLE. Best Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. She had everything I needed. She even mailed me my son’s wallet that he accidentally left there with almost a $1000 cash in it. I will be

Great place!! Hosted my step-mother’s birthday party there and it was a perfect spot for a big gathering- patio is spacious and with a great view of the river, main living area is open and inviting. Great spot!

We've hosted many family gathers in this place. It's a beautiful home with lots of space. Will certainly return.
