We had a generally good stay. Unfortunately the first night and third night our car got broken into. We ate breakfast there twice which was underwhelming. I got the smoked salmon omelette which was overcooked and the next day I got the "famous" eggs Benedict... The eggs were overcooked on this as well. Service was great though. I feel really bad for some of the wait staff as it seems there was only one guy doing the work of 4 which (bar tending, hosting, running food/taking orders, and room service) he did great though. Our 2nd day there there was no hot water and heat going to any room above floor 9. Fortunately we were on the 8th floor, but that was the same day they seemed to be doing work close by as there were a lot of loud noises. Our last day they only had 1 elevator operational o
I had an excellent stay at the Warwick! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jess P. at the front desk and Kelly in the restaurant for making me feel so welcome.||I was in town for a tournament and the rest of my team stayed at the Marriott. I’m glad I chose the Warwick instead as it was much more affordable and just as nice.||My king room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting some work done.||The location was great—close to tourist spots and local favorites. I’d absolutely stay here again!
Positive: The gal at the front desk on both occasions we stayed at your property was exceptional! Hotel employee was so gracious and kind, we stayed at you property before our 9 day cruise and both times we were accommodated despite our weird cruise schedule. Negative: N/A
We stayed at the Warrick for ECCC2026 and it was great! The hotel was nice , clean, and quiet. We were close to our event , it was a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The walk felt safe and the area was nice! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were amazing! The restaurant in the hotel has great food and at a great value. The parking was easy and close to the rooms. I highly recommend the Warrick and can't wait to stay again!!!
Overall, the stay was good. There was a problem with the boiler, but they took care if it as quickly as they could. Some of the remodeled rooms don't (yet) have outlets near the desk, so this front desk had to send up an extension cord. But the front desk staff were amazing. They were upfront about things, and did everything in their power to make the few issues I had right.
