Best new property in Seattle. Everything is new. Parking garage is large to get a normal sized vehicle in and out easy. The lobby is large and offers various spots to work outside of your room. WIFI is the best. Morning breakfast offers a large variety of quick, healthy and favorites. Coffee is excellent and the evening happy hour, bar and food is more than expected in a hotel downtown surrounded by free standing restaurants and bars. The bar staff Chris was product knowledgeable and made suggtions on drinks and food pairing. The gym is excellent offering everything you need to capture a quick workout and the deck upstairs would be a great place for morning yoga classes, employee meetings or team receptions, parties and events. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check‑in was quick and friendly, and I immediately noticed how clean and well‑maintained everything was. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly cozy, the linens were fresh, and the room had all the amenities I needed—including a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and stove top. There was also a full size gym in the building. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s atmosphere. Whether I was relaxing in the lobby, enjoying breakfast, or unwinding at the bar after a long day, everything felt calm, organized, and inviting. Speaking of breakfast—the food was delic

I just want to say the customer service here is wonderful. The breakfast hotel was delicious everyday! The chef's special was always tasty. Sydney was expectional at the hotel breakfast. The rooms were brand new basically with my high tech furniture. Definitely enjoyed the room! The gym was top notch and the roof terrace view was incredible. My only complaints is that the towels were musty, and for some reason the kitchen sink would only have hot water after a while.

10/10 for my boyfriend and I all the way across the board. We had the pleasure of talking and working with Isaac on our trip to Seattle. He, and the other front desk agent were extremely kind, and accommodating. Besides the outstanding customer service the hotel was very clean, bed was soft, and they have an amazing roof top view. It also is in a great location, and very easy to travel around on electric scooters / by foot. They do have a a secure parking garage, which was a plus for us. I highly highly recommend this place to stay. The only bad part of our trip was checking out because our stay was over, we will be back and we will definitely be recommending to all of our friends.

Highly recommend! We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were so comfortable with amazing pillows. Rooms were very clean and the customer service was wonderful! Get to breakfast early. We'll be back!
