We stayed at Warwick New York in a Junior Suite with a King Bed during the holidays, and overall it was a comfortable and well-located stay. The suite was spacious, more enough space for 4 extra large suitacases which made a real difference for a winter trip. It felt like such a luxury to step out in the morning for a few hours at The Met, return to the hotel to rest and nap, and then head back out in the evening for Broadway. That flexibility truly elevated our New York experience. The location is top notch. Our Christmas dinner at La Grande Boucherie was incredibly easy since it was just a short walk away. On a super windy and freezing Christmas night, that convenience was priceless. The hotel itself has a certain old New York charm, which we appreciated. However, there are areas that

I highly recommend staying at the Warwick New York Hotel. My friend and I chose Warwick because we genuinely trusted that we would have a wonderful and memorable experience and that is exactly what we received 🤩 From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations, especially the exceptional level of service. We had the absolute pleasure of interacting with an outstanding team, and in particular with Alain ❤️. Alain is an incredible manager professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. This five-star review is especially dedicated to him, as he supported us during a moment when we truly needed assistance. He handled the situation promptly, efficiently, and with great care, and resolved it in a very short time. We are deeply grateful to Alain, as well as to the front desk team,

We found the hotel to be dated with poor facilities and poor service. We could not understand how this hotel has a 4-5 star rating with the appropriate 4-5 star charges.we were totally misrepresented by trip.com about the level of accommodation . Room was tired ,dark and dingy, bathroom tiny, with old fashioned inefficient air conditioning. Windows look out on to walls with no natural light. Carpet has seen better days. No hotel operator at night, so could not get early wake up call. The only saving grace was that the location was very good. I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel at the exorbitant prices that the hotel charges. Perhaps revisit it when renovations have been done to warrant the star rating that is represented.Shame on trip.com for listing the Warwick hotel as a 4-5 sta

We just got back from my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk folks are exceptional. They helped me upgrade to a larger room when my daughter needed to join us at the last minute. It is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It is pretty central to the west side and love the location for going in and out of Central Park. Thank you soo much for a wonderful stay!

Overall good hotel, excellent location||We stayed at the Warwick New York Hotel on a recent trip and overall had a very good experience.||At the time of our visit, the hotel was undergoing some exterior building works and there was scaffolding in place. If this is something that concerns you, it really wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel fronts directly onto the street and doesn’t have an overly grand entrance anyway. It’s clearly a historic building, perhaps grand for its time, but today it feels more functional than luxurious.||The location is excellent. It’s just a stone’s throw from Central Park and an easy, quick walk to Times Square. We also felt extremely safe throughout our stay, with police presence on almost every corner.||The hotel is fairly priced for the location. As expected
