Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

My partner and I came to town for a conference at the Dolphin and I'm so glad we chose to stay at the Reserve. The hard product was great. The rooms were in very good shape, everything was clean and seemed new, plus it was so quiet and relatively calm! The dining options are reasonably priced and adequate. There are multiple quiet and comfortable places to work. The pool area is great! The service was exceptional. The staff were proactive, kind, and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to the Fantasia putt putt, the boardwalk, and the sky rail to take a person into the park. If we must come back to Orlando I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Positive: loverly staff - we felt welcomed and cared for Negative: the pillows are ridiculously large, hard and heavy - which created neck strain. Would like to have two different types of pillows on the bed... with one being soft enough to not cause one's head and neck to be at a 45 degree angle all night

This reserve is amazing in terms of everything! You can easily access all of Disney's parks by bus or water taxi; and the service is great. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and you can always refill your water in the lobby. The best of all is that if you are put in a room on a high floor, you can see the fireworks from your room. To sum it up, the Swan Reserve is convenient and worth it! You don't need to rent a car or go to other restaurants, since the food around the boardwalk is within a 15-20 minute walk and is really good too.

I had a mostly wonderful stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The décor throughout the property is stunning, and the rooms are equally impressive: spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. I appreciated having a mini fridge and a Keurig machine in the room, which made the stay feel more convenient and upscale. It's also very close to Epcot, about a 10 minute walk or a slightly longer complimentary water taxi ride.||Dining at Amari was a standout experience. The restaurant is not only aesthetically gorgeous, but the food and overall experience were excellent. We were upgraded to a queen pool suite, it was so nice!! There are 3 tvs, 2 queen beds in a separate room, a small fridge/freezer, sofa, chairs and our view was really pretty. We could see Hollywood studios. The hotel was super clean and everyone was very friendly. Location is amazing! The boat to Hollywood Studio's and Epcot is only a 5 mins walk. We ate in their restaurant for breakfast and enjoyed the buffet. It was a little pricey at $29.99 per person but much cheaper than other buffets in WDW. I would absolutely stay again!
