Walnut Ridge Campground

Our first and last time to visit. We were using our complimentary 2 nights for purchasing our trailer. Many of the sites appear to be long term guests. The camper behind us blasted music over speakers and had neon blue flashing lighting. The music and lights well past 11pm which supposedly was when quiet hours began. Some of the music had explicit language. It did not make for an enjoyable evening by the campfire. There was no one enforcing quiet hours or to report it to. Internet sketchy at best. Would not stay connected even tho’ we were given 3 separate logins from the “camp store”. I use that term loosely as it was not well stocked. The bathrooms were actually locked Sunday morning. Why? We will never return to this campground! It was far from a peaceful place. There is a permanent camper that has an elaborate set up that appears to be connected to the camper beside it. These people apparently own the campground or spend enough money there that they can get by with whatever they want. On Saturday night my wife and I were trying to relax around the fire, the music from this camper the was just 2 rows away was as loud if not much louder than any night club that I have ever been in. That's not even the worst of nit. Ther lyrics were so vulgar and offensive I could believe that they were allowed to do what they were doing with all of the children that out running around being exposed to it! Very friendly Campground and well-maintained..... Colten who manages the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent customer service!!!

We had lots of issues with our camper and finally talked to the manager. Now we have the information and know how to get our issues fixed. Will update on how it goes.

This was a nice little campground adjacent to the dealership. We came here to view campers and it just so happened that they were having their Halloween festivities. We enjoyed our stay! The permanent/seasonal campers were friendly and welcoming! The campground had a lot of seasonal activities such as a swimming pool, playground, and mini golf. The bath house was very nice and clean. I'm sure we will be back!
