Walker Creek Retreat & Barn

Our daughter and son-in-law got married here a couple of years ago. Everything was wonderful. The venue is beautiful, stunning views, and amazing bridal suite, etc. And the owners were so helpful! Highly recommended!

Beautiful venue for all your event needs. Leigh was super attentive, friendly and helpful! Very clean and organized venue. As a caterer, very easy to work with and do an event there.

Stayed at the Walker Creek Retreat "Creekside Cabin" and did their "Spring Fishing Package" which is two nights lodging and two full days float fishing this past Thursday and Friday and had a great trip. The Creekside Cabin was great and definitely spacious for just two people. The rooms were clean, and everything worked like it was supposed to even the television. It was nice watching hockey playoffs unwinding after a long day of fishing. The fishing was just flat out awesome. Learned some new tips and techniques too which was nice. We fished with Ethan on our first day float, and Mike on our second day float and both did a great job putting us on fish. Both guides were very professional, and great to fish with. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Spent four days at Bear Foot Cabin for our son's VT Graduation and we are already trying to schedule our next visit! You won't want to leave the front porch swing and views...steps to Walker Creek, deer in the front yard, quiet and fishing for hours! This cabin is a gem and the owner of Walker Creek Retreat, Leigh, was amazing! Check out their Barn venue, where we hosted an amazing graduation party culminating a perfect weekend of celebrating! We rented Red Pine Cottage in late August 2020 - during Covid times- and it was Perfect. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Everything we wanted and needed. WCR&B were fantastic to work with on the booking and every question I had. The pictures do not do this justice. It’s serene, relaxing, calming, and just so nice and well maintained. You can hear the creek at the house. You can see the bottom of the creek from the porch as well. It’s amazingly clean. All kinds of wildlife can be spotted from the front porch. It’s ideally located to hike, kayak, and in general enjoy the mountains. I highly recommend this company and the properties, in particular the Red Pine Cottage.
