Waldorf Towers South Beach

I booked a room for a March stay through Hotels.com, but somehow the reservation ended up showing February dates. When I contacted Hotels.com, their customer service told me to call the hotel directly to see if the dates could be adjusted. I spoke with someone at the hotel and explained the situation. They told me they would check with management and call me back the following Monday to let me know if they could accommodate the March dates. Unfortunately, no one ever called back. When I eventually called the hotel again, I was brushed off and told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to call Expedia instead. At that point, I had already been sent back and forth between Hotels.com, the hotel, and Expedia multiple times, with no one willing to take responsibility or help resol

Waldorf Towers is AMAZING!! I cannot recommend it enough!!! The rooms are super nice and clean! Oscar was very accommodating and welcoming! Not to mention the location is perfect! I did a lot of research and this was a fantastic find for excellent value! Stop your looking and just book this hotel, so great!

The Waldorf Towers South Beach was a great spot to spend a few days in South Beach! Great location, fabulous vibe, great décor, very clean, and friendly, helpful staff. The Café out front was perfect for breakfast. We loved the European-style rooms - on the smaller side, but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Positive: Location, cleanliness, nice staff Negative: Parking, thin walls so you hear the people next to you and in hallway.

I booked on Priceline and found out when checking in there was no fitness center and the additional breakfast plan purchased is only for 4-5 items and not the whole menu (Priceline does not detail the limitations). Rooms are small, bathroom door is semi-private and we are staring at a wall through the one window we have. When arriving, the 2-3 workers in front of the hotel did not help opening any doors as we dragged suitcases up the few stairs and into the manually-opening door. Nice enough staff, but lacking the awareness needed for exceptional service. The esthetic is cute and seems newer (outside of dirty bathroom tiles and broken bathroom hooks) and location is convenient to the beach. You may want to check out the Fritz or other surrounding locations
