MAK Vacation Rentals

My mom and I stayed at the Fontainebleau Tresor tower Miami in one of the MAK rentals booked through Whimstay. We had such an amazing trip. The room was better than we expected! The staff was super nice and helpful, and there were amazing restaurants, great pools and of course the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend this vacation to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Miami Beach ☀️

We are staying in their Fountainbleu ocean front rental with a 20 month old. The unit stunk of marijuana. No one came to deodorize even after two phone calls. The kitchen had no utensils, dishes, pots, or pans. Basically useless. They didn’t stock it until a day later and 4 calls where people told us someone was coming within the hours. The units heat did not work. They didn’t have a technician who could fix the issue. So, Our baby couldn’t sleep through the night. Now day 2 and they said they would make sure the technician would come and fix it. No fix. The onsite staff stating night two of no heat. They charge a pretty penny thinking you wouldn’t get low rate service. But Don’t waste your money and precious time on this group that does nothing. Note a sign how unresponsive and unreliable

We come South Beach often. This is a good way to enjoy your stay. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed, and had great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pools, restaurants and other amenities of Fontaine Blue.

Great dealing with them. Had an issue on my end and they worked with me to solve the problem. Later a small issue came up on their side but they quickly resolved that. Love they didn’t play any games with BS with fees. Definitely will go thru them again.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM A FATHER OF 5 little kids and they stole $2000 from me because i canceled my reservation 6 days prior due to family emergency. $2000 is a lot of money. I do not recommend booking with this company. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A CANCELATION POLICY AND THEY’RE WAS NO AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT SIGNED. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.
