St. Augustine Hotel By At Mine Hospitality

My family and I stayed for one week at the Saint Augustine Hotel in Miami, where we booked two suites. A special thank you to Krsto and Oscar, who took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made a difference. At one point, there were some guests making quite a bit of noise in the hotel, and when we mentioned it to them, they handled the situation immediately and very effectively. Their responsiveness was really appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality at the hotel are excellent. The staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. A small note regarding housekeeping: the cleaning was generally satisfactory, but a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (such as under the beds) would make it even bet

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by Maude’s exceptional service. She has an incredible attention to detail.. even the smallest things I casually mentioned I might need were thoughtfully sent to our room. We stayed for about 10-days, we had one room at the villas and one in the main St. Augustine Hotel, and both experiences were excellent. The gentlemen who assisted us during check-out were also very kind, professional, and helpful. The location is superb -- CVS, Walgreens, and Target are all within walking distance, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The beach is also just a short walk away, which made everything incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Miami. We stayed at this boutique hotel set inside a thoughtfully preserved historic building. The rooms were clean and simple. No elevator, but it’s only 2 stories. It’s a safe building and the neighborhood is convenient to food and shops. The rate is much lower than adjacent properties which made it appealing for our short stay. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the exceptional customer service. Krsto went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made us feel less like guests and more like valued friends. His professionalism and kindness stood out.

Excellent hotel! I chose this location since it was one of the better deals for a 6 night stay, and I'm glad I did. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and stores. The management was attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay. And the hotel is in a neat Art Deco building!

I stayed at this small hotel in Miami and absolutely loved it! The room was spotlessly clean, very cozy, with a large, comfortable bed and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the location—it's simply perfect, close to everything. But I give Krsto's service 10 out of 10! They are the epitome of guest service. Krsto is a true professional: incredibly welcoming, polite, attentive, and caring. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, making my stay as comfortable as possible.
