I was able to use a Hilton free night certificate and Hilton points to stay here for two nights earlier this month. It is the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to. The room is so wonderful. The service is amazing. They really anticipate your needs. The peacock lounge has delicious food and drinks. I hope one day I will be able to come back.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Even when I was trying to avoid them haha. The hotel is well staffed and maintained. The conceriage is extremely knowledgeable about the restoration of the hotel and it's history. The room was a very comfortable size and the bathtub was worth the stay. I took 10 baths and I never ran out of boiling hot water. Very satisfied with the plumbing, perfect water pressure. Not a spec of dust. Im definitely coming back. The fridge has sensors that charge you when you take the drinks out of the fridge. I do wish the rooms had more fridge room considering the price. They do offer to store your food/meds in staff only fridge if you need more room. The gym is 1000/10, most stunning gym I've ever been to 🔱 I can't wait to come

My daughter and I had a little staycation here, and it was such a lovely experience. We were upgraded to a room with a view overlooking Park Ave, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Service throughout was excellent. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Once I laid down, I truly didn’t want to get up. The biggest surprise, in a good way, was breakfast. We ordered in-room dining because we didn’t feel like getting dressed to go downstairs, and I wasn’t expecting much. But the food was actually very good. It was a bit pricey, but the portions were generous. It took a little longer than expected to arrive and one salad was missing, but they brought it up after we called. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised

We had a hard time deciding whether to try the Waldorf or go back to the Ritz. We love the Ritz location next to Central Park, but it felt quite dated. The Waldorf was exceptional. Beautiful, quiet, updated rooms and near perfect customer service. The staff goes above and beyond at every opportunity. Special thanks to James at the front door who made us feel especially welcome from the start.

An exceptional stay at the Waldorf Astoria New York. The rooms are beautifully designed—elegant, comfortable, and impeccably finished. The public areas are truly spectacular and thoughtfully restored, striking the perfect balance between grandeur and modern luxury. A special mention to Molly at reception, who was amazing—welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her attention set the tone for the entire stay. Food and beverage service was delicious, with attentive and polished service throughout. What stood out most was the attention to detail—it was noticed and genuinely appreciated. This is a beautiful hotel in every sense. Go and stay. You won’t forget it—and you certainly won’t regret it
