Beautiful and clean. Diamond at front desk check in was kind, patient, and gave us all of the information we needed for a perfect stay. They gifted us with two passes for the Ferris Wheel on the wharf, ensured we were offered a cold bottle of water on check in, were offered a daily $14 food credit and had fresh fruit water in the lobby. Huge plus that they have red light therapy in the workout facility. Rooms were very clean and stylish, window sitting area is beautiful, beds are very plush, and the prestige hygeine products were wonderful. So grateful for such fantastic touches and for the attentive, wonderful staff. We stayed for a Mommy-Daughters weekend of amazing food, downtime and abundant shopping opportunities and choosing the Westin was the first best choice we made of many for an
Positive: Thought it would have more food options . Very limited and the market attached closes really earky Negative: Food options
The W Seattle is amazing 😍 The staff are outstanding. Friendly, happy, and considerate. We went to the Bar and Restaurant, The Living Room. Food and drinks are amazing. They're very generous with the cocktails. Our view from our suite the Jackson suite (not Michael Jackson) is of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background. Also, the murals are beautiful 😍❤️ They depict the beauty of African Americans in such a beautiful way. I would highly recommend the W Seattle.
We stayed 2 night over new year eve and also celebrated our daughter's birthday. The number 1 positive is hospitality! Tania our receptionist was friendly, the café stagg were very accommodating making our breakfast experience great. Finally Ian made our stay wonderful by going above and beyond to prepare the room to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Prepared balloons, cupcakes and mini donuts that surprised our daughter. The best bit was a signed card from the staffs, it really made it special. It was a really wonderful stay mainly due to the staff.||Affitionally the location was great, central to downtown activities. Trace market food had a Hawaiin twist which was really good and creative like a home made spam.
I was really excited to stay in a W Hotel since I have heard so much about it. I booked a “spectacular room on a high floor with a city view” and I received a ok room with a ok view. I am really disappointed. I booked through Booking.com and when I called Marriott to complain they said they don’t upgrade rooms booked on 3rd party sites. The W Hotel has a good rep but the actually rooms are equivalent to a Holiday Inn. Definitely not worth it.
