voco Times Square South New York by IHG

After pleasant Voco stays in Tucson and Flagstaff this NYC location was booked with confidence and didn't disappoint. Located near Penn Station it was the perfect base for a jam packed 30 hour family adventure. The rooms are standard NYC sized but well thought out. Nice bathrooms and everything was spotless. Don't ignore the breakfast- everyone agreed it was a pleasant surprise especially for a hotel that offers value.

I recently stayed at Voco Times Square South for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were impressively spacious for New York yet still felt cozy and inviting, with modern décor and thoughtful amenities that made the stay exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and Central Park—perfect for exploring the city’s top attractions. The staff was friendly special thanks for Marina and Ivette at the front desk very attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Small touches, like the welcome house drink called Flamingo , added a personal and charming vibe to the experience. Size of the room was decent, for NYC standards. Clean property. Felt safe. Nice street with lots of bars and restaurants at very short walk distance. Would definitely come back.

Javier & Elena were PHENOMENAL!!! I had breakfast and their service was lovely! Felt like home🫶🏽 Jay was also very kind and helpful at the bar. Marina was the manager and properly rectified an issue I had; great customer service. 6 ish minute walk from Penn Station. Rooms are clean.

We really liked it here. We travelled with 5 kids and we all had a great time. Brilliant location, rooms larger than the average tiny NYC hotel room, friendly staff and as we were high floor we didn’t ever have any issues with the lifts. The kids loved the popcorn and hot chocolate station in the lobby that they were able to help themselves too in the afternoon and evenings. WiFi was great and the free welcome cocktail was well received.
