The service and location are okay. However, this hotel is far from the “4 star resort” that it was advertised as. I booked this room for the weekend and could only stay one night due to its condition. I was originally placed in a room on the second floor. However, since the elevator was broken and I had two toddlers and lots of luggage with me, I had them place me in a different room. Outside the room is the “resort” pool which has a waterfall that’s unbearably loud. Inside the room, there’s no light fixture. Instead there’s a switch by the door that turns on nothing. My guess is that they got rid of the lights when they bought this hotel for ‘renovation’. The good. The rooms were very clean, the beds are very comfortable and I loved the pillows. Service was good, And the pool was warm. The bad The shower was warm at best, usually was ice cold. The tv kept loosing connection making it hard to watch a show. The water pressure in the toilet and shower was pretty bad. And the worst thing in our opinion was the hot tub was out of service. They have a shuttle to Disney free to guests but if you plan on going to universal and Uber if expect a 30-40$ each way uber

The online photos were very impressive where you don’t really notice that it’s an old motel that’s been remodeled. It’s certainly clean and updated. And the pool was very pretty. Just too cold outside to use it. ||Issues we encountered - I said I could do a second floor room if there was an elevator, but it was out of order and there is only one. Waited for a half hour to checkin as no one was at the front desk. The blankets in the room were awful. The “stuffing” in them were big balls rather than distributed through the blanket and very uncomfortable. They should pitch them and buy new. ||The bathrooms were nice with a spacious quartz counter and nice tile in the shower and I like the black accents. Just had an awkward placement for the door. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! The pool is gorgeous and they offer complimentary towels which is so convenient. No need to worry about drying yours out before packing. Stephanie was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had space for 4 avid scrapbookers to get our fix and scrapbook together while we were in town. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
