I had the most amazing stay here! The building and facilities are stunning, and the rooms are so beautiful with an incredible view. The staff were beyond friendly and made me feel so welcome. The location is unbeatable—it's so close to Times Square and the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. And the best part? There’s a Blue Bottle Coffee right on the first floor! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend!

We recently stayed here for Valentine’s Day, and it was truly a five star experience from start to finish. The service we received was incredible and is what really sets this hotel apart from any other I’ve stayed at. In preparation for our stay, I wanted a flower arrangement in the room upon arrival. I was put in touch with Carla Louis, who directed me to their florist and after delivering delt with everything else. However, Carla went completely above and beyond she surprised us by decorating our room with flower petals. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed a true attention to detail. From start to finish, the staff treated us incredibly well. Honestly, the service here was far greater to what we've experienced at Fairmont managed hotels. We can’t wait to return!

located in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance to the Empire State Building and close to Koreatown. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. Beautiful city skyline view from the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Overall I rate my stay and this hotel and staff at 5 stars! I wish I could leave a higher rating!! From arrival to checking and entering the room. We experienced nothing but stellar customer service. We checked in with Liz and she was nothing short of amazing! She was accommodating, super knowledge and professional, it was like she knew what we wanted be fore we asked! The room we had was also amazing! Room service was top tier and the bar was also a great experience. Liz checked on us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. Which made me and my husband feel valued as clients of Virgin. This is about our third time staying at this hotel and we’ve decided this is our go to when staying in Manhattan. Thanks to Liz you’ve gotten Customers for life. I can’t stress how amazing her energy

Had a pretty hectic week with work and needed a reset. Grateful I landed that time here at VHNYC this past last weekend of Feb. Staff was very welcoming,accommodating and eager to help throughout my long weekend stay. Shoutout to the Ladies at the front desk and bellman staff who were highly hospitable as well as the awesome breakfast crew. Enjoyed my room, high floor accommodation and accessibility of being around Midtown. This is my first time staying in and I look forward to making another effort soon.
