Positive: Nothing Negative: Horrible Place. Avoid at all costs! !Clerk was hitting on me...wanted to see my guns (I'm not muscular). Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke. We didn't even get the car unloaded and decided to leave. They wouldn't refund my money. Avoid at all costs!

This is an extremely modest hotel. The good: -The location is great and is within two minutes of the town center. -The room size is generous. -The hotel provides all the basic necessities for a reasonable stay. -The furniture is well thought out and useful. -The bathroom is comfortable and somewhat updated. The bad: -Not loving the stained furniture, carpeting, curtains, walls, doors. -The walls and the ceiling are painted a sad beige color. Which makes somewhat of a dark room even darker. -Water pressure on the second floor is poor and showering is unpleasant and unsatisfactory. -The curtains don't cover the window and there is a sizable gap for the world to peek in. -There is no elevator. -The stairs to the second floor are poorly lit and off camber, so we had to be very careful using

This place feels gross but doesn’t keep them from charging as much as possible on summer weekends. The two areas outside near parking have 30-50 piles of dog crap. Never gets picked up. Cigarette butts and garbage strewn in driveway, stairways felt dingy, and carpets in units were nasty!! Maybe the absent owner is interested in selling to someone who actually cares about giving a decent experience? They should.

Got here kind of late two nights ago. The young lady working the front desk was very nice. Very accommodating. Got me doing into my room real fast. No problems, wonderful. Stay. Very quiet. Very clean hotel. Extremely clean but definitely recommend this to anybody traveling to a cascadero in the future. Five star

SUPER EXCITING UPDATE: First time I had an owner response! Since for my side, it's fairly obvious who's being deceptive. I put both posts into chatGBT to see what it said. A more credible response from an honest owner would likely have addressed the substance of the complaints, regardless of whether they could immediately identify the guest.
