Vineyard Court Designer Suites Hotel

This hotel was not as described or how their photos appeared. It was moldy, not well cleaned, and had an odd odor. There were gnats in every room and were bothersome while trying to sleep. None of the clocks (microwave and bedside alarm clocks) had been set at all (flashed 12:00 only). Such a minor detail to complain about, I know, but it shows the lack of hospitality care given to these room being maintained for guest. Many of the outlets did not work or sparked when trying to use them. We felt unclean after staying here and even checked out a day early. Please do better.

Positive: The courtyard is beautiful. The shower was clean and the water was hot. Negative: The room was really! run down The bathroom light kept flashing. The bed was fine, but the couch was dirty and frayed and the walls and door were mottled and very dirty. No telling when theywere cleaned. Other furniture looked like old chipped junk.

Just know this is on a boiler system and it doesn't have individual temperature setting. We came during the winter and below freezing nights. No blanket for bed and there was supposed to be a little heater but that was not here either. Thank goodness my daughter had these items. But it was clean and had hot water so it was good. Though I would recommend cutting the use of that toxic chemical fabuloso, that stuff stinks, and for people with allergies is not good. The host that was here at check in Lisa, was very good. She helped us get a downstair room for my mom wouldn't have to go upstairs. Thank you for that.

A little outdated BUT I absolutely love this place. They have wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres starting around 5:30. Pool is beautiful. All rooms face inside the courtyard which is full of lovely plants and flowers. They do offer breakfast. The rooms have a lounge area, stove, sink, refrigerator, TVs in both rooms. And the beds are super comfy. Staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Me and my boyfriend booked the Vineyard Court Designer Suites for one night and i thought it was very beautiful! The courtyard is such a cute & unexpected surprise. We had the one bedroom suite and it was clean & comfortable. My only complaint was that the furniture was maybe a little dated and my boyfriend didn't like how the AC was on a general boiler system and unable to be changed in the room. There was a heater available though which was nice. The TVs in the rooms have cable and there is also free wifi available. The pool looked beautiful, I wish it wasn't so cold or I would've went swimming. Breakfast was okay, we did wish that the breakfast area was a but less cramped but it wasn't a big deal. They do have strict no-smoking policies so do keep that in kind before booking. We also lo
