Villa Lagoon Inn

I feel safe here. This isn't the place for everyone, I wanted a mom & pop old Florida motel. So don't expect new furnishings. The toilet is very low in room 22, not handicap height. Bathtub & tile pattern are from the 50's. I really love the place. Ample ice, beautiful sunsets, very reasonably priced. The bed is very comfortable. Walking distance to a restaurant. And centrally located to everything. Watch the birds, turtles & small alligator from the patio. The front desk is very kind & helpful.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel never again will I come to this place!! The toilet overflow place was not clean and when it was all said and done they told me and my family that it is are fult that they're toilet overflowed when we were already having problems with it when we first g I'll t in room the man came in the room and the drain in the shower he pulled out nasty hair and god knows what else !! Then has the nerve to say that it was are fult excuse me I couldn't believe it !!!

I try not to give bad reviews because you never know the circumstances. Please do not get a room here without first seeing it. I tried to stay and lasted about 2 hours. Villa lagoon has so much potential, owners please do better.

We stayed there for 6 Days a week ago and after 6 Days they threw Us and our animals out with no where to go and didn't care to do it.the owner's r now letting their desk clerk run the show.half of the stuff in the room didn't work and the tv only half worked.and when you call to make a reservation they lie and tell you that you can make a reservation over the phone and pay for it but then when you get there to check in, they tell you no that you still have to pay or no room.the toilet in the room was like a rocking chair our door to the room would suddenly Lock and at time's not let Us in or out.when we requested for things in the room to be fixed that's when they found a reason to throw us out.

Hotel was alright. Owners were beyond rude. He came into the room and complained about us having our stuff in the room every single day. Never cleaned the room or replace any of the towels in the whole week we stayed there. Don’t recommend.
