Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tavares - Leesburg by IHG

This is a lovely hotel!! I would definitely stay here again. It is very clean, comfortable and has an excellent staff. I also like that the quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am so one can sleep well. The breakfast was very good, super clean and organized. They had everything available that I have ever seen including a working pancake machine and even Nutella! Yum!

The hotel smelled and looked very clean and well organized. The check in process was less than 5 mins and i was told where everything was and when breakfast would start. I did not have to wait for anyone at the front desk they were always there and willing to help. The hotel room itself was really spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. The bathroom was also roomy and a bigger tub than most. Everything about the hotel was spacious and accommodating

Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes out to my second IHG, Holiday Inn Express this week in Tavares, FL. I live in the area but needed a peaceful place for one night while I was having renovations done at home. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Bedding was super comfortable. They offer a nice selection of breakfast items which I typically enjoy but decided to sleep in for this stay. |As I checked out, Ethan took excellent care of my departure. One main reason why I choose IHG is because of how customer service driven they are. Ethan was personable and friendly and made me feel like a valued guest.

Everything about this stay was a no. As a veteran booking through the military website, I was surprised by the complete lack of flexibility. Our party was four people with three children. I asked to upgrade to a different room. The price difference was only $11.25, and the hotel was not fully booked. I was told I could not pay the difference, could not upgrade, and would have to cancel and rebook entirely. I was also told I could not use my IHG member number. Every request was denied. When I pointed out that everything had been a no, the response was simply “ok.” I was then offered a room where a rollaway bed was required. When I asked how the rollaway would fit, I was told I could place it in front of the air and heater unit. I am posting the room photo so others can judge for themselv

I stayed the night after a housewarming party to sleep before going home. I was greeted by Theodore late that night who checked me in. He was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, remarkably so as I don't typically leave reviews for hotels. The room was clean and fine, the breakfast at 6:30 was decent. Mostly leaving this review to commend Theodore. When your first impression is good it sets up for a more relaxing stay.
