Inn On The Green Florida

Room was clean however there was a mouse in the room we seen it on our last morning there. And we rented a room for the weekend with a kitchenette and the stove did not work. Very disappointed with the hotel itself. Lady at the front desk was very nice but I would not have paid extra for the room with the kitchenette if I knew it didn't work. And the pool was not open.

We stayed for our daughter’s cheerleading competition BEST SERVICE! Very accommodating! Booked at a terrible hotel down the road without looking before booking :/ Inn on the Green immediately was so kind and helpful about finding the best room for us to stay somewhere clean and safe! We will see you for our next competition out there, thank you!!

As far as I am concerned, first impressions make the best impression, and these girls do not disappoint. The main office is very welcoming and inviting ,decorated very festive, very clean, and well stocked. Check in was very easy no hassles and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms were clean well stocked with toiletries and towels. Close to everything make sure you go to Jeremiah’s for dinner, exceptional food, and very reasonably priced. Check out was just as easy as checking in always a pleasure. I want to thank the staff, as they definitely went above, and beyond to accommodate us.

One of my worst experiences in a hotel second day we’re there they may just move because they smell smoke in our room. We did not smoke in the room or go smokes outside, but we’ve got that second morning. We are in the new room. Will you get woke up at about 7 o’clock by the 8 o’clock For housekeeping we had a do not disturb sign on the outside. They knocked anyways the next day 7 o’clock in the morning again, they called the broom because I complained about the do not disturb so they called and just said well just leave the phone off the hook. Do not hang it up. We’re gonna be working on the phone Today. Well, they didn’t hang up either all you could hear them talking people listening you know if they were listening in our rooms, didn’t like defected I told them I didn’t like to play so m

We went to Eustis Florida for a wedding, since we had not been there before and did not know the area. The wedding venue suggested staying at Inn on the Green. We reserved a room using the motels website. We checked in late afternoon and went to the room with just enough time to change and leave for the wedding. I did contact the desk to ask for more pillows, we had to wait while they called someone, housekeeping was not onsite. Made it to the wedding just in time. We returned from the reception after 10 p.m. that night.||That’s when we realized just how bad this room and this motel was.||There was only one old wooden dining chair in the room to sit on.|Once we got the TV to work only a third of the screen was viewable.|There is a locked closet that has several wires form under the door go
