Villa Italia By At Mine Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Italia! The location is absolutely perfect—just footsteps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do in Miami Beach. The service was excellent, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality and convenience. Public transportation couldn’t have been easier: the trolley can take you all around Miami Beach, and the 100 bus goes straight to the heart of Downtown Miami. Both stops are just steps away, which made getting around effortless. A special bonus: one of the best restaurants we tried, Kalamata, is right across the street—so good and incredibly convenient. Huge thanks to Oscar and the management team for making sure our trip was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pretty worn overall. The hotel and room is beaten up, the walls and floors are marked and dirty. There is no security as the room keys are standard house keys - none of the key card sensor pads were working on any of the access doors (so they are left open) or the room. There is a sign on the toilet not to flush toilet paper, but to place it in the small open garbage basket. Really? It looks like there was an upgrade to modernize the room with newer cabinets etc., awhile back, but it has been neglected since that time. Window coverings are broken down, dirty and starting to wear, letting light in from the street all night. “Sound proof rooms”? Lol! Single pane windows means you hear all the street noise all night (and there’s quite a bit of it). There are better options for the price. And

We stayed here from February 5–8 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, and having real people on the property made a huge difference. When our door code didn’t work, we called and the manager, Krsto, arrived within minutes and personally helped us. He truly made our stay excellent, every time we needed something, he was there to help. Free parking was a big bonus (very hard to find in Miami!). The staff checked on us daily, and everyone was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Gloria, the housekeeper, for her great service. The location is perfect, quiet area, no nearby construction, 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to Collins Avenue and restaurants, but without noise from nightlife. My mom and I stayed at Villa Italia a few weeks ago and had the best stay! The owner, Oscar, and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable! We had a few questions and needed assistance with a few things the first night and the owner made a point to call us promptly the next morning to make sure everything was thoroughly addressed. David and Maude were so incredibly kind and cheerful everyday that we saw them, which was a highlight! The location is awesome, close to the beach and also lots of cafes and restaurants! Great walkability and felt safe too. If you're looking for something economical and lowkey/easy, this is a great spot! We will gladly return. They also have sister properties, which was nice to know for next time!

Okay I cant say enough great things about this place. Location: amazing, quiet, SECURE, and walkable to everything. Cleanliness: also amazing! Im a bit of a germophobe so I LOVED this place. Staff: extremely responsive! My husband left his carry on luggage (do not get me started) and they helped facilitate a pickup and shipping we had arranged. Talk about above and beyond!!! They helped us store our luggage until check in, texted me when the room was ready (early i may add) and were overall just a really nice group of people. If you have a bad experience here is is definitely your own fault not theirs. ❤️
