Been here a few times for several years. It’s had it ups and downs but the new management is seriously waking the place back up. Gregg has experience in rebranding silent parks and bringing guests from all over. Expect great things here during your visits! Music and entertainment. Family oriented but also note ALL walks of life are welcome. My partner and out 2 boys had a wonderful weekend. Fishing at the dam was a hit. Pizza night was amazing. But Jessica and Meagan had us anticipating the most amazing pancakes. Way to go girls. Fair price for the site. Great amenities Superb staff The scenery and atmosphere was just what the doctor ordered for this family getaway

I would never recommend this KOA to anyone. This park is very run down and very un-kept.It should not be a KOA. They do not mow the grass hardly. The spots are not level. There is no shade thru out the park. The playground has no shade and gets very hot in the summer time. The pool was not clean half the time. The staff are very rude. The workers on the golf carts fly thru out the park. They do not slow down for no one. People speed thru out the park, we complained several times and the staff did nothing about it. So if you have children or pets you better watch out they will run you over. The laundry room was very hot, they have the temperature set to like 80 and one can not change it . They did not change it the whole time we stayed there. The bathrooms/showers were not open half the ti

I found this RV park near Goliad, TX while traveling in February. It appears to be mostly long term/seasonals but was quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Beautiful private shower rooms, really nice dog park, nice little pool which I needed use but was very inviting. I also didn't use the little cafe that sells pizza and I believe burgers since it had limited hours. The laundry room was also clean and pleasant. I found a nature trail that had a pond which was nice. All in all its worth the price and great for a full time traveler.

New Manager at the resort Gregg is definitely filling the park up. Come check it out And see what he’s doing. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Spacious well maintained sites. Family friendly. Lots of growth happening. Cabins are nice. Price is reasonable. Excellent laundry and bath facilities. Pool and fishing pond as well. Beth is on the grill Thursday-Saturday nights starting at 5pm. Great burgers ! Hunts Bros pizza is awesome as well. Jessica is on the grill for morning breakfasts. Great pancakes and breakfast tacos. Hey they also give free coffee. Worth the drive for the good food and atmosphere. They treat you like a life long neighbor. .

We have wintered in this park for over 10 years and look forward to returning every year. Our stay is for 3+ months every year and new management is making an effort to refurbish and upgrade the facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful with responding to any issues and keeping the sites and guest orderly and accommodating. Really is the nicest park in the area with reasonable rate’s and a safe setting. 👍
