Courtyard by Marriott Victoria

Positive: Easy check in and out. WiFi, cafe area was nice. Negative: The hotel upon entering was humid. We noticed the humidifiers on some floors. Our room and friends room had visible mold and our beds were uncomfortable and sunken in places

Excellent room. Staff was helpful and courteous. Facilities were all clean. Would definitely come back. ||Thank you Team Victoria for hosting our JBQ families this fast weekend. You were a great edition to an amazing weekend.

Let me start off with DONT we arrived at the hotel in time to go buy some cleaning supplies because I wasn’t about to unpack a stay a week in the filth! I’ve done housekeeping for the Hilton so I know what it’s supposed to look like we was missing a pillow case our trash cans hadn’t been dumped don’t even get me started on the unvaccumed floors, and the black mold inside the shower! I wasn’t paid in full for a WEEK AN day I was accused of my music being too loud at 2 in the afternoon? Also don’t leave your ID in your room they will refuse you a new key? I’m just completely disgusted with how this entire week has been! The ONLY good part was our bar tender she was amazing she remembered me and what I liked how I like it she was the best part of my stay here! Never again will I stay here!!!!

We had a church trip and stayed at the Marriott. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Beautiful property. Staff was very caring and went above and beyond to care for our group of 16 rooms! Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was DELICIOUS! Thank you to Oscar and Brenda for being a blessing to us!
