Viana Hotel and Spa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We stayed at Viana Hotel & Spa in June 2025 and had a great overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was consistently welcoming and professional. I especially want to recognize Ashley at the front desk. After our stay, I realized I had accidentally left my wedding dress at the hotel. Ashley ensured it was properly stored and held securely for several months. When we called recently, she immediately confirmed she still had it and helped coordinate its return. Her organization, follow-through, and professionalism truly stood out. She is a great representation of the level of service at Viana Hotel & Spa. Thank you again.

Peter R. , Liz and Ally made my stay most pleasant. Or shall I say as pleasant as it can be when you are putting your Mom in her final resting place. Ally the bartender made our group feel at ease and we never waited for a drink. She was there to ask when we were almost finished. If we wanted another drink. Liz who I believe is the operator and Peter R. The night auditor. As well as Ally at 130 am made me feel most welcome. They knew the situation and spoke with me about anything and any subject I brought up. The owner of this boutique hotel really knows how to pick great understanding employees. The experience here was amazing!! We most importantly wanted to mention the staff working in the kitchen and restaurant- Amazing breakfast and friendly service since the beginning to the end. 5 out of 5 stars for Clifton for his amazing hospitality during breakfast! He even made us a perfect waffle! :)

Listen this is one of the very few places that’s underrated and definitely the chef hasn’t got enough credits , Clifton would be definitely a reason anyone would want to stay here the place is really nice not gona lie got a lot of convenience as much as a 5 star hotel but definitely kudos to the chef over there he’s really good and CAN COOK I do wish him better for any level up in life he has a great personality , the girl at the front desk is very nice this hotel has a. Great staff they should definitely take care of them , as far as the breakfast menu they should have more options but can’t complain loved it there I recommend anyone to go .
