VetteCity Hotel

Easy to find and a great location. However we requested a non-smoking room. We arrived, the room was mostly clean, however things were very stained. The chairs were stained, the corvette pillow was extremely stained, the pillows had mascara marks that hadn't washed out ans there was several cigarette burns on the sheets. Someone even drew a ghost on the wall that they didn't remove. The second day, the house keeper basically threw the covers over the bed. It was wrinkles and not made up properly. Didn't even move our pillows around. You could hear all the noise from the highway and hear guests in the hallway. I do have to add that the pool and hot tub look top notch. We did not utilize them tho due yo the area being so cold.

Positive: Location Negative: Upon walking into the room we encountered the stench of marijuana. It hit us every time we walked into the room, and until we became "nose blind". The bed was not comfortable. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Place deserves a 1 star rating.

The hallway smelled horrible, the carpet was disgusting. The room was very outdated and in bad shape. The sheets appeared to be clean. The indoor pool area was so hot we couldn't stand it. There was no ventilation and it smelled like sewer. There was also trash floating in the pool. Water bottles and stickers among other things too. When we were packing up our things to leave a HUGE cockroach ran out from under the dresser. I took pictures of it and went to the front desk. All she would offer me was $100 back. We paid $440 for 2 nights there.

The room appeared to be nice at first till I pulled the blanket down and looked at the sheets and there were several dark black pubic hairs. The front desk acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, didn’t send housekeeping up or even ask if I wanted a different room just offered me a fitted sheet. Upon further inspection the hand towels also had the same black hairs. Both me and my husband do not have black hair. My husband left to go uber and when he got back someone had let themselves into my room with me and my sleeping child and put our clothes that we changed out of to use the pool into the bath tub. I will not be staying again and hotels.com will be hearing about this. Also it’ll be best to bring your own towels cause lord help you if you use their towels and they think yo

This is definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel but the pool area for kids is nice, it has a nice hot tub and nice pool seating. We had a pool view room where we just walked right out of our room to the pool that is open until 10pm. Recommend for kids! Also has a kiddie pool 1' water.
