Valley View Mobile Home Park Quincy

it looks nothing like it use to, it was immaculate in the 90's back then there wasn't drugs now there is all around! Needs cleaned out!!

Nicer than it used to be. At least there hasn't been a meth lab explosion there in quite a while. The place does have a couple good points... It's fairly small, residents aren't exactly neighborly but they're friendly enough and the road leading to trailer park goes on down the hill and comes out in a public campground that's directly across from Quincypippi Bay and just past that is the Mississippi River.

Valley View MHP has slowly improved in the past year or two. It's a family style place with kids and pets running around in yards and the streets. I just wish the people coming up from bottom road would slow down before the park.

You should have seen it in the 90s. It was beautiful. Full of trees. They tore down the hill in the front and only left one tree. They tore down the woods and built a house. They blew up the caves at the park.

Roads are in bad condition, extensive rules about living here yet only certain trailer have to adhere. Management is lackluster.
