Quincy Inn & Suites

When greeted there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our suitcases up the two flights of stairs. The room was unseasonably hot. Not to mention the water around the base of the toilet, the very uncomfortable mattress, and the free breakfast that’s advertised does not exist. They don’t disclose these things.

Simply because no breakfast was available. That is not important to us at all. But, most people would like that service and most hotels offer a breakfast today. The staff served us well even showing us the room before booking. The room was spotless. It met our needs actually at the five star level. A very reasonably priced, clean and safe motel.

Customer service sucked could not lay down his phone for 2 minutes to talk to me. Took 30 min to get my room key and should have only taken 5 minutes. Room,toilet,sink,bathtub, bed all was nasty. Looked to have dead bugs on it. Their was urine in the toilet. No toilet paper or towels. Bathtub was nasty. And tables and side tables have sticky stuff all over. O and to top it off had a room on 3rd floor. And the elevator was broken. Looking through the reviews its all the same stuff.. never clean,never fixed. Just want your money and blah blah blah!! Would not recommend this place for anyone. And what's even funnier looking at the reviews from a year ago the same room 306 still has the same exact problems to this day. Rose is THE BEST and makes this our favorite place to stay. She makes every part of this entire place smell fabulous and makes sure it's clean and comfortable every single time we're in town. They're ALways making new improvements to better your experience. For example sliding front doors that are motion sensored so as you're tired and just off the road, struggling with all your stuff, the door opens and you're in. We're grateful for niceties like that.

We had a nice room that we stayed in and the cleaning ladies were so nice asking us if we needed anything. The only thing that sucks is the parking lot had so many nails on the ground it’s not even funny. We ended up running over one. Mind you we were 9 hours away from home so that’s nice to try and scramble to fix it when heading home. Not sure why there was so many nails but everywhere we looked we found some!
