Val U Stay Inn & Suites

I was picking up and dropping off a friend and it's sketchy beyond words. I know they're trying to remodel and make it better, but they still have a ways to go. What I will say is that the room rates by the month are fairly decent compared to other places which is a good thing for the homeless population, especially if they have kids.

I would Advise you, if you value your life, do not stay there! I had the manager Billy Change my locks and She let a homeless man into my room, I came home after a 10-hour shift just to see a man laying on my bed! The man was homeless, and I had to Call the Pueblo Police Department to get him out. Then my life was threatening by housing keeping and Maintenace. I asked the Manager to Change my Locks or Fix the issue and she refused to! This Place needs to Be shut down and reported to the BBB! this place is full of young, trafficked kids, Drugs, and lots of Junkies all over the place! the halls are full of smoke and people on the ground overdosed and withdrawing! For a Cheap $800.00 a month it's not worth it. The place has bed bugs and cockroaches. The Housekeeping staff spend their time sne

The only decent thing about my stay here was that its location was so very convenient. The rooms were dingy and each hallway had its very own unique smells to them . Service?? Service? There was absolutely no room service. And the cherry on top of my experiences at the value stay, was the oager of a woman , manager ( with glasses) was the most awful , hateful, rude,disdainful with no regard to anyone else's words but her salty own. If you stay here plan on sleeping with one eye open, Your door bolted at all times and a pair of earplugs to muffle out the sounds of crackheads up all night 🌙 🤣

My nieces dad was just killed at this motel. It's a drug infested death trap. If you walk through the main floor or any lower floors there is literally meth foils all over the floors. There are people smoking it in the stair wells. There are people screaming and moaning. There's broken glass, bolted and boarded up windows, blood on the walls. Homeless people literally everywhere and they are checking in people with tiny children at the same time. This place is DANGEROUS.

Managers are awesome and always helpful. I've been here a while and know most of the front desk personnel. Room is clean and has amenities I need to survive. Prices are reasonable. Good place for a Native American like myself to relax and unwind. If you respect, you will get respect. Good rates as long as you pay your rent and don't get involved with the wrong crowd of people.
