My recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The guest room featured a remarkably comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The pool facilities were fully operational, well-maintained, and equipped with an ample supply of clean towels. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, accommodating different preferences and making for an enjoyable start to the day. Additionally, the front desk staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

We stayed one night for training in Pueblo. The AVID was easy to find, had lots of parking, efficient check in/out, clean lobby and room, comfy bed, decent typical hot & cold breakfast and friendly staff. It’s a newly built hotel w/very modern decor that was rather spartan. We had queen double (good sized) with tile floor. No real closet or dresser, instead had wall pegs/hangers so it had a dorm-like feel. Appreciated 24 hour coffee/tea, water, and seltzer in the lobby, in-room mini fridge, and 2 ‘benches’ for luggage.

This is a fantastic hotel. It’s a European style hotel, where they make good use of the space available. Beds are very comfortable, glass door showers, very clean and good water pressure. The staff is very friendly and professional. The manager Agatha is courteous and professional. The breakfast staff (Devon) the housekeeping staff, are very hard-working, professional, and accommodating. I don’t see any reason whatsoever not to give this place less than 5 stars. Remember, 5 stars for excellence not luxury.

Plusses: Modern, new, functional, nice beds, great location near many restaurants, gas station, easy highway access, fast Wi-Fi, excellent plumbing & hot water. Good free TV options. Plentiful and comfortable lobby spaces to work, socialize, have breakfast. Their one drawback is weak coffee.
