Vacation Village at Parkway - Building 8 & 9

Nice place, spaceous living quarters for your stay. The pool for our building was practically our own, no much traffic which was nice. The main pool see all the action. the grounds are beautifully maintained. The shuttle service was ideal for shopping and hopping to the attractions was perfect for those who don't have cars and didn't want to use Uber/Lyft. Only suggestion is to have exercise room centrally located, walking from one end of the resort to main building was exercise enough besides doing your own workout.

This resort is great 👍 in the heart of everything great location to all thins Universal and Disney. Really enjoyed myself. Rooms are spectacular

Have stayed here several times before. A family member has a timeshare here. Things get worse by the year. We're told there are new owners. They may have freshened things up but service and attention to guests have dropped considerably.

Get away from this place it’s all SCAM I wish someone told me about this trap before falling to it. Basically, someone contacts you saying that hey you won a prize and come at this location and time and collect your prize of 250$ and 3 night staying in our hotel for free. The only thing is that you need to pay a deposit of 130$ but will get you refund once you visit the place. Overall, my husband and I went there despite having a really busy day. But they said we need to stay for a presentation or you cannot get your gift or the refund for the deposit. It’s a scam to say to people other things but then they represent you some other things Just awful experience Will never again come near this place

Not great and probably won't go back. The place is outdated. The pool staff is lazy and mean and should be called the pool police. Kids can't play ball or jump into the 5' pools. I had to call the front desk because the attendant refused to open the umbrellas around the pool. Also called another day for them to reopen the pool 1 hour after it stopped raining. We stayed in a 2Br in building #9 and it was basically 2 separate apartments- not ideal for vacation with children. There was never any parking, if any at all for that building, no matter the time of day. We had to park in another buildings' lot or the garage and walk. The tub didn't drain while showering in the smaller unit and a few outlets and a lamp didn't work, but maintenance came quickly and fixed the tub. The refrigerator was
