Vacation Village at Parkway - Building 14

It is very convenient to Disney and Old Town. The rooms are great. The pools are beautiful. They have 7, the main one at building 20 is beautiful! Can't complain. It's a great place to stay for a week. It's like your own apartment.

Pools and hot tubs are warm, clean and wonderful.Large resort with 7 pools. Shuttle provided. Enjoyed our stay. Couch could be updated in the room. Staff keep the halls clean and are friendly. Front staff at check in are also pleasant.

Been an owner since 2001 yet always get treated like a tourist when we arrive. We were put on 7th floor in a building that had no pool, when try to use a pool all of the chairs got towels saving their chairs which is says are not allowed. Then the power went out one day, not their fault, but we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs. Not a problem for most people but I had a stroke 7 years ago and a real struggle. Been an owner since the beginning but never get treated like one.

Rooms are showing wear, the ice maker is not working, and the couch is very low and uncomfortable. The Washer and dryer are very loud. For the increase in the maintenance fees the unit should be in nicer condition. Checking in service is getting worse each time we come, in this modern world the system should be able to have specific requests handled before arriving. At least noted on account after 20 years and multiple units owned, 1st floor accommodations should be easy to make.
