A dump..A total shut down of the property, and tenants been living rent-free many mos. Opportunity to save up while using complimentary PG&E también. Tenants & squatters are in no hurry to leave the property. I couldn't stay there, even free, mainly due to numerous barking dogs. Promising place to catch-a-case.
A cute little rv park. Caters to the monthly crowd. Small, like 30 or so spots so there is a little community there. Lots of shade trees.
An older park, but all the people living here are super close. Just like one big extended family.
Tweakers and thieves everywhere. The manager doesn't like to do her job either.
Alot of shade long time residents very friendly
