Home2 Suites by Hilton Bakersfield

Traveling for the holidays, we’ve stayed at a couple Airbnbs and two hotels, and we were really pleased with our room at Home2 Suites by Hilton. We’re a family of 6 (including a toddler) plus two dogs, and the room was clean, spacious, and really well designed—we even had a dishwasher, which was such a nice surprise. We rang in the New Year with sparkling cider in real glasses, enjoyed the blackout curtains, and appreciated the thoughtful lighting placed around the room. It made it feel comfortable and functional, not just “standard hotel.” We also got to watch a movie together as a family, which was a win. Breakfast was well supplied, and the pullout sofa was comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay—would absolutely stay again.

This was our first stay here and it won’t be our last! Tyrena made us feel especially welcome and was just so friendly and helpful. We stay at a lot of hotels and she is a head above the rest. ||The lobby was immaculate, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was super tasty too. Lots of options for everyone. ||We will stay here every time we visit our family in Bakersfield!

Have selected the same hotel during the trip to San Francisco. All family members loves to stay this hotel.

The Wi-Fi in our hotel rooms (2 hotel rooms btw!) Specifically 318-316….. did not work at all yesterday. I tried troubleshooting on my own, restarting devices, reconnecting, unplugging the TV that it seems connected with the router behind, and following the instructions provided, but nothing resolved the issue. Because of this, we’ve had to rely entirely on our personal hotspot and mobile data. I reached out to staff for assistance multiple times. I called for help but was told they were unable to resolve the issue and no real solution or follow-up was offered. I also went to the front desk last night to report the problem in person. The night agent was unable to assist and told me I would have to wait until the morning. My concern is that my room number and the issue were not written dow

Reliable Wi-Fi is an essential service for guests, and I expected better communication, follow-through, and customer care. I hope this feedback helps improve both the technical support process and the level of service provided to guests experiencing issues.
